The Brownie Boy Difference

Why Visit Brownie Boy?

Step Into the Slab Lab

Pick a base. Pick your mix-ins. Watch it baked, drizzled, and poured. Every slab is built in front of you — pretzel toffee, salted halva, raspberry-ripple, and a rotating cast of stuff we shouldn't be allowed to make.

From Oven to Your Face in 3 Hours

No freezers. No mystery shelf-life. We bake every tray on site, twice a day, and anything not gone by close-of-day goes to St. Joseph's Hospitality Centre instead of the bin.

Join the Brownie Revolution

Supermarket brownies have had their moment. We're after something better: real ingredients, real bakers, and a slab worth getting out of bed for. Eat one, and you're already in.

Pillars

What we're made of

Small-batch, baked from scratch

Every tray is hand-folded in our own kitchen — no commissary, no pre-mix, no industrial line. The slabs you see in the case were measured out by someone whose first name we know.

Real Canadian butter, eggs & flour

Butter from a dairy in Stratford. Free-run eggs from a farm in Mount Brydges. Flour milled in Ontario. The whole supply chain fits inside a 90-minute drive.

Bold mix-ins, never timid

Pretzel toffee. Salted halva. Roasted hazelnut praline. Burnt-honey caramel. Our flavour board changes weekly because we get bored — which means you don't either.

No artificial junk

No artificial colours, no flavour powders, no shelf-stable shortcuts. If it's in the slab, you can pronounce it — and probably already have some at home.

Priya R. — Instagram

★★★★★

"I'm a fussy brownie person and this is the only place in Ontario nailing all three: the edge, the middle, the top. Genuinely shocking on first bite."
