More DetailsPick a base. Pick your mix-ins. Watch it baked, drizzled, and poured. Every slab is built in front of you — pretzel toffee, salted halva, raspberry-ripple, and a rotating cast of stuff we shouldn't be allowed to make.
No freezers. No mystery shelf-life. We bake every tray on site, twice a day, and anything not gone by close-of-day goes to St. Joseph's Hospitality Centre instead of the bin.
Supermarket brownies have had their moment. We're after something better: real ingredients, real bakers, and a slab worth getting out of bed for. Eat one, and you're already in.
